Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved Savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration.
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara.
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our driver Guide. Safari Briefing will take place before you Depart for a scenic drive to the famous Masai Mara. Stop at the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment to see the stunning views, later in the afternoon, you will be taken for a game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 2: Full day game drive Masai Mara reserve.
Today you will explore the great Masai Mara. After an early breakfast, depart for your game drive. Your driver will stop on the way so you can see the Hippos and crocodiles. In the afternoon picnic lunch. leave for another game drive to explore another part of the reserve. Later return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 3 : Masai Mara Reserve - Lake Nakuru NP.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, a bird & rhino sanctuary, home to a variety of wildlife. The lake is famous for its vast numbers of pink flamingos. In the afternoon, you will have a picnic lunch and later after lunch departs for another game drive before heading back to your accommodation at Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Back to Nairobi.
After your morning game drive & breakfast, depart for Nairobi by 12pm with brief stops at scenic points along the Rift Valley. Arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon. Transfer to the airport for your flight home/ or transfer to a hotel in Nairobi.
